At the moment, people often began to turn to housing about resolving quite complex issues that cannot be resolved with other organs. During such appeals, very unexpected turns may occur. In any case, the resolution of problems occurs in accordance with legal norms. One specific case of one visitor to these bodies was considered. According to her, she is registered with those in need of improving housing conditions since 1988. They were offered housing many times, but she says that all the options were simply terrible and unsuitable for good housing. She says that her family is quite difficult to move to another area, so she wants to live in a certain area. As it turned out in the future, she lives not at the place of registration. She lives in a separate room in a communal apartment, which was provided under a social rental agreement. The district’s department of this room was allocated back in 2000. Similar situations happen very often, but almost no one is going to solve them. Local authorities want people to live in the places in which they are offered, and it does not matter at all whether this place is suitable for living or not. It is worth noting that in accordance with the current legislation, an agreement on both sides is mandatory, it turns out that there must be not against either the authorities or local residents. Although in fact everything happens completely wrong. People remain to live in unsuitable rooms, and the authorities are fine. The population really hopes that the situation will ever change.
